In 2023, the Concertgebouworkest expanded the masterclass programme to enhance the participants' learning experience and strengthen its connection with these talented conductors. To achieve this, the Concertgebouworkest will invite masterclass candidates to serve as assistant conductors in one or more productions of the Concertgebouworkest. This offers a unique opportunity to put their newly acquired skills into practice and to learn alongside a top orchestra and experienced conductors. Ammodo supports this extension of the programme from 2023 to 2025.
